Frits van Paasschen is the author of the No. 1 bestseller The Disruptors' Feast and a worldwide executive with 30 years of experience working for multinational corporations. This expertise has given him a unique view on the current developments affecting trade and the global economy. In order to assist organisations in advancing and growing in dynamic contexts, Frits imparts his extensive knowledge of these effects. Frits served as CEO of Coors Brewing Company for three years before to taking over as Starwood Hotels & Resorts' CEO from 2007 to 2015; he has previously held a number of executive positions at Nike before rising to the position of President of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Frits has also worked in finance for Disney's Consumer Products Division in addition to Nike. Frits began his career in management consultancy even though he has a long background in global executive roles. Frits graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Economics and Biology and went on to earn an MBA at Harvard Business School. He was an Economics Teaching Fellow at Harvard as well.
