How does it operate? Usually, this is offered as a live-streamed interactive experience using Zoom or another video conferencing platform, but if necessary, our online instructor is more than willing to prepare a specially tailored pre-recorded performance. The live-streamed events all begin with a warm-up, and from there, the typical progression is via lower body exercises, upper body activities, core exercises, and full-body flow, however this will vary depending on how long the class is. Each lesson is concluded with a thorough cool down and stretching from our instructor. 2. How long are the sessions each? Depending on the needs of your event and the skill level of the participants, you may tailor the duration; we'd suggest anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes per session. 3. How many participants are allowed? The minimum number of attendees for this class is three, and the maximum number actually depends on the video conferencing software you're using and how much one-on-one time you want with our host. 4. Are there any requirements for participants? Only a reliable wifi connection, a device to observe the lesson on, and a 2m square space are required of visitors. A mat is advantageous but not required, as are home weights (water bottles work well for this).
