FAQs1. In what ways would this workshop benefit me? The duration of this live-streamed event, which is held on Zoom or another video conferencing network, ranges from 60 to 90 minutes. Our host will extend a warm greeting, go over the various oysters everyone has received, and describe their flavours. He will discuss how to store oysters, basic oyster shucking techniques, oyster pairings, health benefits, and more. The workshop will conclude with a Q&A session with attendees. This workshop is highly interactive because participants actively participate in shucking the oysters. Depending on the size of the group, they can also unmute themselves and ask questions or submit them via the chat feature within the video. What is required for participants? Each participant will receive a shipment of oysters, two shuckers, a Dutch towel, and an oyster bag prior to the workshop; aside from that, all they will need is a device to view the session on and a reliable internet connection. You will also need access to a video conferencing system as the host so that you can invite the guests you want. Can you customise this workshop? Absolutely! Our host can tailor the workshop time to best meet your occasion, can focus on particular flavour combinations and can provide recommendations for different wine or cocktails pairings too.
