Female vocalist Nonhle is a singer, actor, composer, mc, and novelist who was born in South Africa and now resides in Germany. She rose to fame more recently as a contestant on the international talent competition The Voice of Germany, where she had a huge hit, displaying real sass, drama, and attitude in her performances.
Nonhle is a graduate of the Tshwane University of Technology where she studied Musical Theatre and the New York Film Academy where she studied Acting for TV, Film, and Theater. She is a natural performer and a gifted individual.
Nonhle began singing at the age of five and won her first international singing talent contest in the United States when she was barely 12 years old. Since then, she hasn't turned around, playing with her own band for illustrious events and concerts throughout South Africa, the United States, and Europe.
Since then, she has appeared in a number of Broadway musicals, including Sweet Charity, Pippin, Hairspray, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Sister Act Hits, and Disney's The Lion King (Der Kцnig Der Lwen).
